Refunds will be based on a pro rata percentage determined by dividing the number of calendar
days in the semester that the students completed by the total number of calendar days in a
semester. Students who withdrew after 60% of the semester has been completed are not entitled
to a refund of charges.
All meals associated with the Pack Unlimited, Wolves, Budget, Block 50 and Block 20 plans are consumed
in the semester they are purchased. Any unused amount of the cash portion ($100, $200 or $150) of the meal
plans, including the West GA Debit Plan ($200) will roll from semester to semester provided that
the student is continuously enrolled. In the event a student has a break in his/her enrollment,
that is, does not return the succeeding semester, the funds are forfeited to the University.
The only exception is if a student officially withdraws during a semester and the Complete
Withdrawal Policy takes precedent.
Funds added to The UWG ID Card will automatically be deposited into the Wolf Bucks account.
These funds can be spent at any food service outlet, at The Card Office to purchase an ID card, faxing, copying, lab printing, or university stores and vending.
