·            Manage the University’s budgetary processes including coordinating the preparation of the annual budget and budget amendments. 

·            Work with the Vice President for Business and Finance to develop the divisional budget.

·            Maintain budgetary oversight of all units within the University particularly the University’s reserve accounts.

·            Provide financial analysis of the University’s four major budgets including allocation tracking, and revenue and expense forecasting.

·            Provide internal and external reports of budgetary data.

·            Track specialized budget schedules for privatized projects.
