PRESIDENT, CAMPUS PLANNING & FACILITIES Serve as the University Administrator responsible
for Campus Planning and Facilities.
Coordinate and implement the capital planning program for the
institution. Provide leadership to the
Director of Campus Planning and Development, the Assistant Director of Risk
Management/Environmental Health and Safety, and the Director of Facilities and
Grounds. Develop and implement programs
on Historic Preservation, Energy Policy and Conservation, Assessment, Space
Planning, and Operations and Maintenance.
Provide the leadership, strategic planning, and inspire outstanding
customer service to the students, faculty, and staff regarding the institutions
physical facilities. 1997
– 2000 STATE UNIVERSITY OF WEST
GEORGIA – Carrollton, Georgia DIRECTOR OF
FACILITIES & GROUNDS Conducted the planning, organizing, coordinating and directing of all Facilities and Grounds functions. Responsible for all physical facilities; facilities budget; supervision of facilities personnel, supervision of remodeling of facilities; repairs and maintenance, custodial crew, grounds crew, and supporting services of facilities. Oversees approximately 135 employees; 395 acres of land; and a full motor vehicle operation at a campus facility serving over 9000 students. Additionally, responsible for the development, administration, management and accountability of a facilities budget approximating $8,000,000. 1995

Richmond, Virginia DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES MANAGEMENTDirected all aspects of planning, design, construction, renovation and maintenance of existing and new institutional, residential and recreational facilities and grounds comprising a total of 2.1 million square feet and over 350 acres. Supervised a staff of 180 and monitored and controlled a budget of over $7 million. Negotiated, administered and monitored all contracts and subcontractors.
