Facilities and Grounds is comprised of the Work Information Center, Maintenance, Motor Pool, Custodial Services, Moves/Set-ups, Paint Shop, Construction, and Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance. The function of repair and routine maintenance, energy management, and special projects are scheduled, performed, and managed for more than 2 million square feet of building floor space. Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance care for the many plant species residing on a campus in excess of 600 acres. They also construct and maintain irrigation systems, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and athletic fields. A University nursery cultivates plants for seasonal, new, or replacement landscaping staff.Staff
