Insurance P&P FY08 Insurance Policies from DOAS1. Automobile Physical Damage Agreement: : Provides the following Physical Damage coverages for loss to a covered auto or its equipment only if listed Automobile Register Inventory for physical damage coverage: Collision, Comprehensive, Towing and Storage. 2. General Liability Agreement:: The Agreement applies to 'bodily injury', 'property damage', and/or 'personal injury' occurrences that are committed or allegedly committed by a 'Covered Party' while acting in the course and scope of their duties with a participating 'department' that has purchased coverage. See policy for definition of 'covered party' and 'department'. This Agreement will respond to any covered allegation of a covered party when a claim or lawsuit is filled and is not covered by the Georgia Tort Claims Act. 2a. General Liability Agreement Notice 3. Special Property All Risk Agreement: : Special Property All Risk Agreement was formally known as the All Risk Certificate. Agencies will continue to receive the "Certificate" which outlines the coverage and limits that are specific to each Agency. The Agreement was issued to provide various componets of a true policy e.g. Conditions, Definitions, Exclusions, etc. Please continue to refer to your All Risk Certificate for limits, deductibles and premium 4. State Authority Operational Liability Policy: : Provides a self insured liability policy fund to cover the operations of State Authorities such as: Georgia Building Authority, Georgia World Congress Center, Georgia Ports Authority, Georgia Dome, Phillips Arena - suit to name a few. 5. State Owned Building and Personal Property Agreement: : This Agreement is designed to insure State property including but not limited to State Owned public buildings and the contents. Covered Property as used in this Agreement mean the types of property described in the "Property Register". 6. State Tort Claims Policy: : Provides coverage to All State of Georgia Government entities, Offices, Agencies, Authorities, Departments, Commissions, Boards, Divisions, Instrumentalities or Institutions for negligence of State Officers and employees performing their official duties or employment.
