Decaling / Tagging Equipment
Asset Management will no longer maintain any
equipment information for items under $1000
nor will a tag be issued.
A list will need to be maintained by the
department for any items purchased that are
valued under $1000.00, in the case a
replacement item is needed.
All equipment will be tagged once it is received
by the department and is invoiced by the
company/vendor.
In most cases Asset Management will contact
you to make arrangements to tag new
computers, capital and SVP equipment.
